Being a maternity photographer in the summer months can be rough, not to mention those poor mamas suffering through the raging heat. But gorgeous Jordyn was a trooper on the 100º + day that we ventured out on the River.

And thank goodness we did! This was one of those maternity sessions that I walked away from just knowing there was some magic on that little camera card of mine. You know that pregnancy glow “they” always talk about? This mama has enough to make me think I want to look just like her!

And because it was so hot, she didn’t look at me like I was crazy when I asked her what she thought about getting in the water! It was a great way to end the session after the sweltering heat and mosquitos we conquered.
