Kalispell Photographer Outdoor Sibling Photography Session

What a way to kick off Fall photography season in Kalispell, Montana! I took these sweet sisters out to the Flathead River for some photos with the promise of playing in the water at the end. Little did they know I was actually more excited to photograph them in the water than anything else!

Kalispell Storyteller Sessions

Dirty hands and feet, water splashed clothing, and messy hair, all things you might not traditionally think of when you think of a photo session but they are all my absolute favorite to photograph. I love a good smiling portrait as much as the next person but Storytelling Sessions are exactly that, telling the story of your family, your personalities, your love.

I want to feel something when I look at photos and these photos make me feel the bond between sisters, the joy of childhood, and the beauty that surrounds them. It can be hard to break out of the age old habit of “Say Cheese!” but once you stop focusing on the camera and just focus on each other and being in the moment, your photos will feel like magic that takes you back to that moment every time you look at them. I promise that even dirt can be beautiful…
